First of all using with Acton free and wipe each nail with the lint-free Wipe.

Now let's begin by performing a dry manicure use your cuticle pusher to
gently push back the cuticle and lift any pterygium or dead skin cells from

the nail bed.

Now use your cuticle nippers to remove, the excess dead skin that we just lifted from the nail bed.

Step two you'll need a yellow nail buffer, and a  nail brush or a manicure brush to provide better adhesion. you want to use a yellow nail buffer to completely remove the shine from the natural nail Bed. be sure to get around the cuticle and don't forget the side walls of the nail.
