Nail File

The first tip is gonna be a nail file. you're just gonna basically need these four things to get started. a nail file any (nail file) of your choice even a trusty emery.

might have so that they will get caught on your clothes and so that all your nails, are the same thing. so what you're gonna do is you're just gonna get your (fingernail) and you're gonna file going towards one direction one direction very gently be very gentle with your fingernails and that's what you need the nail file.

Cuticle pushing

Second thing pushing back your (cuticles) it means, that you just really remove the dead skin and you're just going to push it back and that reveals more nail plate for you to pain don't push to the point where it hurts you now did you push back your cuticles.

Nail polish And Base Coat

For the third thing you're gonna need is a clear nail polish or a base coat. and I'm talking about a face book not a topcoat because I don't want you to feel like you're gonna need so many things to get started all you need is a base coat that's how I started with a base coat so a base point is usually like a clear nail polish and you're just gonna ply it onto your bare finger now.

Base Coat

Following 1st day you're gonna apply another coat the 2nd day you're gonna apply for one weeks or two weeks, basically you can apply a coat of that clear base coat.

Once a day for one weeks days, if during this time you want to play a color down polish that's awesome you can do that just remember to still apply your clear polish of coat once a day. what we want to do here is we're creating those layers of protection for your (fingernail) so that you can maintain that length once you see that you're getting a little bit of links, to your finger. now you want to apply that polish all around your nails free edge. All around and that's what's gonna help seal off the tips of your fingernail so that they don't get caught or snagged on anything. I haven't had a snag without exaggerating in years in over. that sounds amazing but that's what keeps your nails strong it's the coats of Polish. I apply and the courts of posh. I apply all around your nails create a super important but you don't get them caught on things so that would be the second thing.

Cuticle Oil

The four thing and final thing is an oil of your choice and I don't want to call it a cuticle oil because you really don't need. A (cuticle oil) because they could be kind of pricey cuticle oils and if you're in a starting point just get something an oil you have in hand you make my own cuticle oil. how I make it but basically no you don't need to make your own cuticle oil you don't need to spend a lot of money you can go is just get it if you don't have. A little container to put him in you could just get. a 'nail polish' follow you don't use anymore that's empty rinse it out with polish remover wash it out nicely and you can put an oil of your choice in there could be (vitamin E oil) it could even be baby oil the thing here is that we want to moisturize our cuticle area basically that's it and you want to moisturize.

(Cuticle area three times a day with any oil of your choice) like I said. it could even be m oil any oil of your choice the thing is to moisturize your cuticle area so I have one in hand here and I'm going to show you how simple and quick this is as I'm talking to you I'm going to just run this little brush over my cuticle area that was it that's it and all I have to do is just massage it in the oil left over my hand I could spring it over to index finger and that's it see how fast that is that's it two times a day you want to do that you do want to allow your nail polish or your base coat to completely dry before applying your cuticle oil and that's it hat's all you need to get started on that road to growing your nails out naturally long.

Some people don't want to grow under that that long and some people do but if you do want to grow them even out longer it's a different Maintenance.
